Cardolite® NX-5594 is a modified tert-butyl phenol-free and low-viscosity phenalkamine curing agent suitable for formulating high-solids and solvent-free epoxy systems for heavy-duty and pipe coatings, flooring applications, adhesives, and mortars. This product cures very fast, even at lower temperatures, and provides excellent cathodic disbondment performance. NX-5594 can also be used as an accelerator or co-curing for both amine- and polyamide-based hardeners.

It performs exceptionally well in self-leveling floor mortars and any casting and laminating applications where excellent flow and leveling properties are desired. Additionally, it is suitable for general civil engineering applications such as grouts, adhesives, and patching compounds where high filler loadings are needed. The product exhibits good chemical and blush resistance and demonstrates good adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Afcona - 3236 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers good defoaming performance.

Afcona - 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting, and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion.
