Sullivan’s next generation of leaders continue to grow this company into a full-service specialty chemical distributor with a North American sales region, with corporate offices outside of Philadelphia. Distribution excellence is accomplished with our multiple warehouse locations. Our state-of- the-art distribution system is capable of safe and accurate warehousing of all material types. We are able to expedite shipping, handle emergency situations and customize distribution to meet our customer’s specific needs. Helping to develop the next “market leaders” with technological advances is an on-going goal at EM Sullivan. Cardolite® NX - 2026 is a high purity, low odor, lighter color multipurpose resin modifier and accelerator suitable for coatings, adhesives, and other applications. It shares similar properties with NX-2021 but with improved purity and color.

ASCONIUM® 112 acts as a hydrophobic agent, significantly augmenting the water resistance of dry films. With its advanced formulation, ASCONIUM® 112 ensures superior protection against corrosion, making it essential for coating applications prioritizing durability.

Cardolite® Lite 2020 is a low viscosity multipurpose resin modifier designed for use in coatings, adhesives, and other applications. It features a long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain of the cardanol molecule, providing excellent early water resistance and corrosion protection. It can be used as an epoxy diluent, allowing for enhanced workability and higher solids in formulations without sacrificing performance properties. It can also be used in alkyds, urethanes, and acrylics.

BIOTREND&reg; DAZ 24 is used for the control of bacterial and fungal growth in pulp and paper mill systems. It is particularly recommended for the preservation of pigment, filler, and starch slurries and solutions. Latex coatings, and adhesives (starch, PVC, and dextrin), along with other papermaking additives, can also be preserved with BIOTREND&reg; DAZ 24. Additionally, this product can be used to preserve broken, deinked pulp, or pulp held in storage. It is completely water-soluble and effective in both acidic and alkaline systems.
