Product Highlights

Based on polymethylalkoxysiloxane resin with high functionality and a minimum content of organic radicals associated with silicon atoms;

the presence of reactive groups ensures, after the application of the protective coating, the formation of a strong chemical bond with the processed material, while ethanol is released and evaporated;

protected surfaces are characterized by high vapor permeability and carbon dioxide permeability, low capillary water absorption, resistance to dirt, good appearance, resistance to solar radiation and durability.

Applications & Uses

Applicable Processes
Product Applications
  • In combination with other binders for the production of high quality water-based emulsion paints and primers;
  • independently for hydrophobic protection of silicate surfaces;
  • it is recommended to use the emulsion together with Unisil EMSO-MA amine-functional polysiloxane emulsion, which will result in even better coating properties.
    Note:
  • When used together with other binders, first check their compatibility.
