- Recommendation for Use
It is recommended to incorporate Pangel® C150 during dispersion or wet mixing phase, preferably using high shear conditions. Its use as a suspending and stabilizing component in emulsions requires sufficient water within the system, as well as optimum mixing conditions that ensure correct dispersion of the constituting particles.
- Dosage
Recommended addition rate for Pangel® C150 can vary significantty depending on the system, ranging from 0.05% to 2%.
- Product Applications
- Enhanced thickening efficiency.
- It provides open time and water retention of plasters and thick coatings.
- Total or partial replacement of HEC and acrylic thickeners.
- A Perfect alternative to Bentone LT.
- Non-ionic emulsions.
- Waterproofing and Pavement repair

- Pangel® C150 imparts excellent thixotropic and pseudoplastic properties to the systems in which it is incorporated; this favors an excellent suspending and thickening behavior, improving application and workability of the final product.
- Pangel® C150 controls system flow and consistency, ensuring optimum distribution of solvents, fillers and other components.
- Suspensions made with Pangel® C150 are stable even at high electrolyte concentration. Its theological behavior is stable in a wide pH range and at high temperatures.
