  • Hauthane HD-4664 was designed as a high solids version of our older HD-4600 polyurethane dispersion.
  • It is a multi-purpose textile binder polymer.
  • A balanced monomer composition provides good compatability with acrylic latices and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance, and low temperature flex properties.
Product Applications
  • Hauthane HD-4664 can be applied via spray or pad bath as supplied.
  • Solids can he reduced with water to optimize dry coating weight.
  • This product may also be thickened with appropriate thickeners for knife over roll or similar methods.

Curing

This polymer provides excellent strength properties as supplied although melamine-fomlaldehyde (3-6phr) may be added to enhance performance.
