DeTERIC CSP - 50 is an organic phosphated amphoteric surfactant designed to be soluble and it demonstrates low, rapid-breaking foam characteristics along with wetting and surface tension reduction properties in highly caustic applications. Additionally, it maintains excellent color stability in high caustic environments.

Foam Height Data

The foaming properties of DeTERIC CSP - 50 were determined via Modified Ross-Miles Foam Height, graduated cylinder shake test using 3% by weight of surfactant in 50% sodium hydroxide. The test solutions were further diluted 1:1 with deionized water prior to testing.

Color Stability

All test solutions are 3% surfactant by weight in 50% sodium hydroxide. The appearance and color of each solution was graded initially and after one month at ambient temperature. Similar results were observed in 45% potassium hydroxide.
