Product Features
  • Afcona -2028 prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes.
  • Afcona-2028 is particularly suitable as a defoamer for curtain coatings and may also be used during production. When foam causes a problem during packaging, Afcona-2028 may be added slowly while stirring, which will speed up the bubble-breaking process. For this application, Afcona-2028 is more user- friendly and easier to handle than Afcona- 2022 because it is less sensitive to crater formation and other well-known defoamer side effects.
