Technically oriented and focused on marketing our principal’s products, we strive to exceed customer expectations and find synergies between principles and customers. Our primary goal is to offer a unique perspective and expertise in finding innovative solutions for technically challenging issues in manufacturing today. Over 40 years later, E.M. Sullivan’s next generation of leaders continue to grow this company into a full-service specialty chemical distributor with a North American sales region, with corporate offices outside of Philadelphia. Distribution excellence is accomplished with our multiple warehouse locations. Our state-of- the-art distribution system is capable of safe and accurate warehousing of all material types. We are able to expedite shipping, handle emergency situations and customize distribution to meet our customer’s specific needs. Helping to develop the next “market leaders” with technological advances is an on-going goal at EM Sullivan. As consolidations continue with all segments of the economy, innovation becomes a secondary concern to the bottom line. We at Sullivan feel that innovation is the bottom line.

ADINS® additives, based on functionalized uncommon silicate with a needle-like structure (sepiolite), allow to improve the fire performance of polymeric formulations.

Vinavil 2841NA is an ammonia-free, high in solids pure acrylic polymer emulsion with high peel adhesion. It also coats well on silicone-coated release paper.

Texipol® 63-510 is an inverse emulsion thickener renowned for imparting a short flow to a wide array of aqueous and non-aqueous compositions, effective across a pH range of 1-14. Supplied as a user-friendly, low viscosity liquid, it offers almost instantaneous thickening upon direct mixing into the composition. Its polymer, already in solution as the sodium salt, eliminates the need for additional additives to promote thickening, such as alkali or surfactant.

DeMULS DLN - 2314 is a DEA-free, nonionic/cationic, biodegradable emulsifier designed for D'Limonene and soy methyl esters. It facilitates the creation of micro-emulsion concentrates, which retain clarity even upon dilution.

Cardolite® Lite 2020 is a low viscosity multipurpose resin modifier designed for use in coatings, adhesives, and other applications. It features a long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain of the cardanol molecule, providing excellent early water resistance and corrosion protection. It can be used as an epoxy diluent, allowing for enhanced workability and higher solids in formulations without sacrificing performance properties. It can also be used in alkyds, urethanes, and acrylics.

Tytan™ CA-B116 serves as a replacement for PU catalysts, particularly for tin-based catalysts such as DBTL, in one- and two-component polyurethane systems. Notably, it demonstrates compatibility with secondary alcohols, offering enhanced performance in various applications.

DeTERIC CSP - 50 is an organic phosphated amphoteric surfactant designed to be soluble and it demonstrates low, rapid-breaking foam characteristics along with wetting and surface tension reduction properties in highly caustic applications. Additionally, it maintains excellent color stability in high caustic environments.
