BIOTREND® MB5 is a highly cost-effective broad-spectrum industrial preservative. The use of these dual actives offers numerous unique benefits to the formulator, with enhanced broad-spectrum synergy compared to BIT-only preservatives, especially against Pseudomonas sp. Due to its cost-effectiveness and ease of use, BIOTREND® MB5 can easily replace formaldehyde-based and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives in a wide range of aqueous industrial products.

BIOTREND® Eco-Clear is a cost-effective, broad-spectrum industrial preservative formulated with 9.0% of 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT). It offers unique benefits as it is an aqueous solution totally additive-free, making it a suitable replacement for formaldehyde-based or formaldehyde-releasing preservatives.

Cardolite® NT - 1542 is a solvent-free, medium viscosity polyamide curing agent suitable for high solids epoxy coatings and adhesive applications.

Afcona - 2530 is an effective defoamer for water-based coating systems with a good relationship between defoaming and compatibility.

DeTROPE SA-45 is a 45% active sodium alkanoate solution in water. It is highly effective, multifunctional, and low foam. Recommended for cleaners, it is chlorine stable and also demonstrates wetting and corrosion inhibition properties.

Afcona - 5071 is an anionic wetting and dispersing additive developed to prevent settling and flooding of pigments.

Afcona - 5251 is a non-ionic dispersant formulated for the deflocculation of transparent iron oxides.

Cardolite® Ultra Lite 2009H is a very light color and low viscosity phenalkamine curing agent suitable for epoxy coating applications, particularly for protecting concrete and metal substrates. It provides faster hardness development compared to Ultra Lite 2009, along with excellent cure and film properties.

Cardolite® Ultra Lite 2020 is a low viscosity, solvent-free multipurpose resin modifier suitable for coatings, adhesives, and other applications. It features a long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain providing excellent early water resistance and corrosion protection. It can be used as an epoxy diluent to achieve enhanced workability and higher solids content without sacrificing performance properties. It is also compatible with alkyds, urethanes, and acrylics.

Cardolite® Lite 2020 is a low viscosity multipurpose resin modifier designed for use in coatings, adhesives, and other applications. It features a long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain of the cardanol molecule, providing excellent early water resistance and corrosion protection. It can be used as an epoxy diluent, allowing for enhanced workability and higher solids in formulations without sacrificing performance properties. It can also be used in alkyds, urethanes, and acrylics.

Cardolite® NX-5594 is a modified tert-butyl phenol-free and low-viscosity phenalkamine curing agent suitable for formulating high-solids and solvent-free epoxy systems for heavy-duty and pipe coatings, flooring applications, adhesives, and mortars. This product cures very fast, even at lower temperatures, and provides excellent cathodic disbondment performance. NX-5594 can also be used as an accelerator or co-curing for both amine- and polyamide-based hardeners.

Vinavil 4425 is a vinyl/acrylic copolymer emulsion with 55% solid content, free from solvents (plasticizers and coalescing agents) and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO-free).

Afcona - 4720 is a 100% active, solvent-free dispersing agent based on an AB blocked polymer and a group of anchoring agents. Its advanced 3-block high molecular weight structure allows the development of pigment dispersions that exhibit better compatibility in broad applications.
